Resinbound Driveway!
Resinbound Driveways are a new smooth, decorative look that is new and exciting to the paving industry. Many different looks can be achieved with this new way of laying a driveway
How do we work?
A site survey is prepared to make sure that all groundwork is carried out accordingly, paying particular attention to the correct excavation and preparation, including the drainage of the site.
Resinbound driveways can actually be laid on top of existing sound driveways so this in time can save you money and time on the excavation.
Driveway is then cleaned and levelled off thoroughly to ensure a perfectly level surface for the mixture to adhere to. Natural stone aggregates are then mixed together with a UV resin, slowly making sure that each and every stone is coated in the resin.
The Process
The mixture is then spread carefully over the entire driveway to the appropriate depth depending on the size of the aggregate used, usually between 15mm to 24mm, to create a seamless and perfectly smooth surface.
Whatever size driveway you are looking for, speak to a member of our experienced team and ask them about the differences and let them help you decide which material is best for your driveway and its surroundings.
Why use a Resinbound driveway?
These driveways do not require sealants or other treatments that must be periodically applied in order to maintain their appearance. In addition, they are resistant to staining and fading, and they do not crack or chip like concrete can. Another reason to choose this type of driveway is that they are environmentally friendly.
